LOAD-IN & ARRIVAL

ARRIVAL & SETUP TIME: 2:30-3:30pm

LOAD-IN: Enter from Rt. 47 onto Frontage Rd. Unload at rear venue door (look for sign). Carts are available if needed.

PARKING: Park on Frontage Rd. behind The Venue - see the RED AREA on the map below (paved lot is for guests).

TABLE LOCATION: See attached floor plan below. If you requested power or an extra table you will see it indicated at your station.

WHAT’S PROVIDED

  • 1 (8’) table (or 2 if requested) with black linens

  • Access to power (If requested)

  • 2 chairs

  • A tabletop sign with your logo and dish details

WHAT TO BRING

  • Necessary equipment to heat/chill & serve your food

  • Disposable plates, bowls, napkins and cutlery needed

  • Display materials or table decor (optional)
